Because our products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after this 6-hour period.

If your cancellation request is accepted before the order enters production, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

For order changes, including personalization details, size, color, or shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
